Service. At West Canada Homes expert designers and craftsmen will handle everything and consult closely with the client to ensure the home is just right. It does not end when the house is finished, WCH will always be in the area to deal with any maintenance issues.
Quality. WCH uses the latest timber frame and concrete building technology. The houses are insulated, air-tight and ventilated with mechanical heat recovery systems. We incorporate passive solar systems into all our designs in order to ensure our are energy efficient and comfortable to live in.
Materials and equipment. West Canada Homes uses the best renewable materials from Canada and other locations to ensure that the house is built to uncompromisingly high standards. This means hard wood doors, Canadian dual glazed windows, hardwood flooring, solid timber kitchen cabinets and top-grade western appliances.
